As of May 2015, I became the Spanish Spokesman for the prestigious Champion Lawyers of Nantha & Associates under the name Association Champions. My purpose is to inform the public about the best way to demand worker rights when they are violated while employed for any company or business.
You may not be aware of it but in the state of California, every employer must clearly explain “Workers’ Rights” to their employees in writing and post the information visibly in lunchrooms and other common areas but they don’t bother to do so. Most California employees don’t even know their worker rights or that their rights have been violated.
In Latin culture specifically, we are accustomed to letting injuries pass by assuming they will heal by themselves. The fact is, you are entitled to medical help without incurring unnecessary costs.
In many cases the injury or illness is not very obvious at first and we continue working as usual allowing time to pass. In time however, the very injury we suffered weeks or months ago, begins to show symptoms – even though the injury was weeks or months previous.
It is very obvious when we get injured falling off a ladder and we don’t think much about it. But your symptoms may not show up until later that day or weeks later.
And if we do repetitive work we can injure ourselves with all sorts of conditions such as carpal tunnel. What if we suffer headaches, back or hands and arms injuries while sitting at a computer for illegal lengths of time? Did you know there are government issued standards dictating the amount of time one can stare at a computer before one has to move away from the machine?
What if our work involves handling making deliveries or picking items? or when we are exposed to toxic fumes and begin to feel symptoms associated with breathing?
We can also experience trouble sleeping or feel depressed because of the different working hours.
What if we suffer from diabetes, or high blood pressure and we never thought that these problems may be related to our duties.
In some cases the employer tries to convince the employees to visit their own doctors but sometimes this is very unsatisfactory, so it is best to ask for a second opinion.
So starting today I recommend calling the team Counsel Champions law firm. They can protect your rights in all legal areas, bankruptcy, real estate business – anything and everything.
And we are completely fluent in English, Spanish and Vietnamese.
Thank you,
Eduardo Quezada

Junio 2015
Gracias
