Documentary-style, GOTTI the movie is about John Gotti Sr., former head of the Gambino Crime Family, and his son, Gotti Jr. – heir apparent to the “family business”. John Gotti Jr. visits his father in jail, where he is serving a life sentence, to tell him he is tired of constantly having to look over his shoulder, and is willing to serve time in jail in exchange for his “freedom” from the mobster lifestyle.
