The busy social season has officially begun and Episode 53 of “Alive on South Beach” covers Art Basel/Miami, the 30th Jubilee White Party for Care Resource, and the Miami Book Fair International.
Opening with a shout out from newspaper columnist Pete Hamill, Dena and Stewart go to White Party/Miami events where Stewart talks with Jonathan Welsh, Marketing Director for Care Resource and Michael Gongora, Esq., first Gay Miami Beach Commissioner.
The Miami Book Fair International, a treasure trove of authors, is next. In this episode, Stewart interviews multi-Grammy winning songwriter Paul Williams and award winning Hollywood screenwriter Tracey Jackson about their book “Gratitude and Trust – Six Affirmations that will Change Your Life“, an incredible book that has nothing to do with music or TV and everything to do with inspiration. They also talk with Jonathan Rose, Esq., known as “Mr. Miami”; and Michael Love, Executive Chef for Epicure Gourmet Market who put together “The Salvage Chef Cookbook” that is loaded with delicious recipes using leftover food.

Then, of course, Stewart and Dena go to Art Basel/Miami and its satellite events where they talk with Jane Wooldridge, Art Basel Editor and writer for the Miami Herald, as well as artists and others who attended the various art Fairs and parties.
