Where Innovation Meets Opportunity – once again, the eMerge Americas Conference transformed the Miami Beach Convention Center into the epicenter of technology, entrepreneurship, and groundbreaking ideas
Ever since eMerge Americas was founded in 2014, Stewart and I have attended most of the eMerge Conferences. As media representing Alive On South Beach (and Syndicated News Network – SNN.bz), we remember the creative entrepreneurs with innovative ideas such as a radio in your eyeglasses frame, or a new method to electronically water your lawn. Happy to see, these startups are now big business.
This year, many of the startups include the use of Artificial Intelligence that – according to those in the know – will be used for pretty much everything.
AI is reshaping industries. It is being used in the military and the music business. Panel discussions included blockchain founders, legal experts, and fintech regulators who spoke about the balance between freedom and oversight. Immigration attorneys talked about getting the best and brightest people to work in the Tech industries – and the length of time it takes for those in specific countries to get a Green Card. Experts talked about Telemedicine and how it is transforming the way healthcare is delivered. Serious Business. Sophisticated technology.
Then there was Armando Christian Perez – better known as Pitbull and/or Mr. 305 – on stage. He entertained and inspired the eMerge Americas audience with tales about his early errors and how he turned a self-imposed mess into a healthy learning experience.
Not to be forgotten – the eMerge Americas block party on Lincoln Road was a glorious social event conducive to networking with innovative people and potential business partners.
So, as exciting as eMerge Americas 2025 conference was, we look forward to seeing what eMerge Americas 2026 brings to Miami and Miami Beach.
